When can I get the quotation?

We normally quote within 24 hours of receiving an inquiry. If it is urgent, call us, or leave an email address and mark the inquiry as urgent so that it is handled first.

Why a quotation sometimes takes longer

Accuracy depends on how complete the inquiry is. Where any of the following is missing, the quotation usually needs a round of clarification:

InformationWhat it affects
Product and specificationWhether an existing platform can be used
Quantity and SKU mixThe unit price tier
Packaging formatThe main variable in printing and packaging cost
Whether private label or tooling is neededWhether tooling and sample charges are included
Destination market and IncotermWhether certification and freight are quoted

What the quotation includes

  • Unit price, with the quantity tier it applies to
  • Incoterm such as EXW or FOB, and the shipping port
  • Minimum order quantity, lead time and packaging format
  • Whether sampling is required, the sample charge and how it is refunded

Supplying all of the above in the first message is the quickest way to receive a quotation that can be acted on without further correspondence.
